Kion is expanding in Reutlingen

The Kion Group produces manually operated, semi-automatic, and fully automatic narrow-aisle order pickers and vertical order pickers for its brands in Reutlingen. The plant there is now to be expanded by around 60 percent, with an investment in the tens of millions of euros.
New engine at Clark
In the GTS series, HMC four-cylinder industrial engines (48.7 kW) now provide powerful acceleration with reduced fuel consumption. The engine and transmission are mounted separately from the drive axle (split transmission). This further reduces vibrations and oscillations in the driver's seat.
Driverless perfected
Together with VisionNav Robotics, a global provider of autonomous vehicles, sensor manufacturer Sick has now combined a whole package of different solutions for automatic navigation, obstacle avoidance, and shelf recognition. And it is driving the technology forward.
Exemplary co-production
DHL and Still have established an exemplary cooperation in providing deliveries, internal transport, and automation solutions for VW in Slovakia. Still supplies the full range of stackers, warehouse technology, tugger trains, and racking systems, while DHL handles external transport right up to the loading dock.
More fun on double-decker
The new double-stacker pallet truck could make warehouse work significantly more enjoyable. The Hyster S2.0SD is faster than its predecessors, both loaded and unloaded. It lifts up to 2 tons and is especially designed for retailers and wholesalers transporting palletized goods and loading and unloading trucks.
