Hans-Georg Frey

Hans-Georg Frey, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the forklift and intralogistics system manufacturer Jungheinrich, will resign from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board and thus also as its Chairman with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2023. 

“After almost 16 years at the helm of Jungheinrich, including twelve years as CEO and nearly four years as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the time has come for a change,” says Frey, who wants to dedicate more time to his family and his other responsibilities. He believes that the early announcement will allow the company to initiate a professional succession process.
