Dual employee participation

For the 2024/25 fiscal year, TGW is distributing a dual employee share of €5.5 million – for the sixth time in total. "In the spirit of transparency and fairness, all employees receive the same base amount. Regardless of whether they work in Austria, the USA, or China, and regardless of their role," emphasizes Puhl. "Ensuring our employees can share in our success is a central element of our foundation's philosophy."

As a foundation-owned company, TGW Logistics cannot be sold. The company is therefore a stable business partner and reliable employer. Two-thirds of the profits remain within the company and are invested. Another third goes to the owner, the TGW Future Private Foundation, which in turn supports TGW Future Wings' charitable projects with at least 30 percent. These projects focus on the holistic personal development of children and young people.

Expansion of the headquarters on schedule

Since the start of the expansion at the headquarters in Marchtrenk in September 2024, construction progress has been clearly visible; according to the company, the flagship project is on schedule. "By summer 2026, we will build a 16,000 m² production hall and a highly automated warehouse system – as the basis for our planned growth in the coming years. In total, we are investing around €100 million," says Sebastian Wolf, Chief Financial Officer of TGW Logistics. "This is not only a strong commitment to the potential of intralogistics, but above all to the location."
