With the WAMAS Emulation Center, companies can analyze a wide variety of operating conditions and specifically test and optimize warehouse behavior: for example, when master data has changed, warehouse parameters have been adjusted, order structures have deviated, or processes have been scaled up. Even complex scenarios like " Black Friday " peaks can be reliably emulated. The major advantage: All tests are performed independently of the production system – anytime and as often as needed.
This allows for comprehensive testing of software updates and new releases before they are deployed to the production system. Furthermore, the tool can be used for practical training of new warehouse employees – with realistic scenarios in a secure environment.
Digital Echo
The WAMAS Emulation Center is intended to function as a digital echo of the warehouse and as a test environment in which warehouse behavior can be analyzed and optimized – even before changes are made to the production system.
