The 90th anniversary of material flow solutions specialist Beumer and the 20th anniversary of its presence in China not only coincide. At the end of 2025, a new, state-of-the-art production facility also went into operation in Taicang, China, which is intended to expand Beumer's global production capacities.

The multi-million euro investment strengthens Beumer's global production network and deepens its commitment in China. The plant in Taicang, officially opened in mid-December, covers an area of ​​approximately 33,350 square meters and has a production area of ​​around 23,000 square meters, distributed across two large workshops and additional ancillary buildings.

Rapid project implementation

Construction was completed in the exceptionally short time of just 12 months. This rapid made possible by efficient project management and the strong support of the local authorities According to company management, the new site is fully integrated into the global production network, allowing Beumer to serve its customers in the Asia-Pacific region and worldwide more efficiently from China .

As part of establishing this new location, the Beumer Group also founded two new wholly owned foreign enterprises ( WOFE) to anchor the expanded activities and strengthen the local presence.

The inauguration of the plant in Taicang marks the culmination of Beumer China's 20-year growth story.
