Some people are a bit apprehensive. However, with its Pen-Beam locking bar system and a Twist-Beam for vans and small delivery trucks, the security systems manufacturer " Wistra Cargo Control " a useful tool. The CEP industry and fleet operators appreciate it.

The Twist-Beam shoring bar developed by Wistra is also available in an 1100 mm long version for vans and small delivery vehicles. Thanks to a special spring mechanism, it can be anchored in airline rail systems with a simple twist. The quick and easy locking in the lashing points facilitates vertical use of the shoring bar, in particular. Operators can secure it in the floor lashing points without having to bend down or kneel.

With high bodies, there's no need to overextend your body, as the locking bar can be comfortably operated with an ergonomic posture. Thanks to its elegant design without bulky components, the Twist Beam also offers optimal form-fitting. These advantages are currently being tested by numerous vehicle fitters and truck body manufacturers.

The Twist Beam is primarily made of high-strength aluminum, which ensures effortless use. The same applies to the continuous and precise adjustment of the locking bar to the desired length: This ensures that the Twist Beam does not transfer pressure to the exterior walls during insertion. This prevents bulging of the vehicle's walls or other damage.

The Pen-Beam locking beam, which has proven its worth for several years, is now available in a particularly lightweight version with a support tube diameter of 35 mm. When retracted and locked, the Pen-Beam is shorter than the vehicle's interior dimensions, allowing for ergonomic insertion. It is unlocked by briefly pressing the telescopic tube. The telescopic tube then retracts into the lashing rails with a cushioned action and consistent pressure, minimizing the risk of damage to the vehicle body.

In addition to locking and loading beams, Wistra offers a complete range of load securing tools. These include lashing straps in a wide variety of versions and designs with a lashing capacity of up to 10,000 daN, load securing nets for use in everything from station wagons to heavy-duty trucks, lashing rails, locking and clamping beams, and loading and articulated loading beams.

In addition, Wistra continues to manufacture safety espagnolette locks for containers, box and trailer bodies, and swap bodies Powerbrace ,”
