Optio L-Series updated

October 6, 2025

Developed with a focus on the user, the completely redesigned Optio L-series low-lift order pickers from TMHE set new standards. Increased platform lifting heights, low entry, and versatile model variants for loads up to 2.5 t make these machines highly sought-after helpers.

The six updated models of the L-Series – OSE120/P, OSE250/P, OSE200X, and OSE180XP – offer a suitable solution for every order picking requirement, especially in dynamic central warehouses. The series covers a variety of applications and enables optimized material flows as well as ergonomically efficient working heights.

Improved platform damping reduces vibrations, while a spacious operator platform increases comfort and productivity. The widest entry in its class and standard knee protection support intensive order picking tasks.

The platform's lifting height has been increased to 1195 mm, making picking heights of up to 2.8 m easily accessible. Optional features such as side-mounted pedestrian buttons and additional storage space further optimize productivity.

The Optio L-Series also sets new standards in energy consumption. Its optimized weight directly reduces energy consumption, making every hour of operation more efficient. Flexible battery solutions – from long-lasting lead-acid to high-performance lithium-ion batteries – extend operating times and lower operating costs.

Intelligent control

Intelligent maintenance accessibility further increases cost-effectiveness.

The Toyota Optio L series is equipped with intelligent control features such as PIN code login, optional Smart Access and the proven Optimised Truck Performance (OTP) system, which automatically reduces speed when cornering and handling loads.

Integrated blue or red warning lights and position lights increase visibility in busy warehouse environments. The series has been available to order throughout Europe since the end of September 2025.
