Hyster launches the new SC1.2 pallet stacker with a lithium-ion battery for transporting everyday loads on open pallets in warehouses or manufacturing facilities. A deliberately durable design offers a cost-effective solution.

The new pedestrian pallet stacker has a load capacity of up to 1200 kilograms. The integrated lithium-ion battery ensures consistent performance and operating time. "With robust components such as the high-strength chassis and lifting frame, the electric pedestrian pallet stacker is wear-resistant and durable," says Martina Zolezzi, Regional Product Manager at Hyster.
The lithium-ion battery supports intermediate charging. The charging strategy for vehicle batteries can be crucial for optimized uptime and efficiency in demanding manufacturing environments. The 60 Ah lithium-ion battery is fully charged in just four hours and offers up to 2.5 hours of operating time in some applications.
The SC1.2 also features an onboard charger, allowing the forklift to be connected and charged anywhere, anytime. "Operational productivity doesn't depend solely on speed. Accuracy also plays a crucial role"adds Zolezzi. "The SC1.2's proportional lifting function enables the operator to work precisely while simultaneously reducing noise and wear."
Thanks to its robust construction with a battery mounted on the underside of the chassis, the driver can work safely and comfortably. An adjustable balance wheel contributes to stability and maneuverability.
