Linde MH L10 - L16

“Hardly any segment of warehouse equipment is as versatile as manual electric high-lift pallet trucks,” says Marc Castro, Portfolio Manager Warehouse Trucks at Linde MH. The L10 – L16 B is a new, extremely compact pedestrian-operated truck in this category.

The models, with load capacities from 1.0 to 1.6 t and lifting heights up to 5.47 m, are designed for a wide range of transport tasks in warehouses and production areas. Thanks to their compact design, they are also ideal for handling goods in narrow aisles and loading zones. Two additional models are available for moving pallets with closed fork openings and small containers.

These all-rounders cover a large portion of warehouse applications: They stack and move pallets on staging areas and in buffer zones, transport materials to production lines, store and retrieve goods from shelves, assist with restocking in supermarkets, or can be used as worktables. Maneuverability is therefore of paramount importance. "Every centimeter shorter the machines are helps operators move the load to its destination quickly and safely," says product expert Castro.

In its shortest configuration, the Linde L10 B, equipped with an integrated lithium-ion battery and simplex mast, measures just 568 mm from the chassis to the fork carriage (l2 dimension), with a turning radius of 1,420 mm. The model series is also available with a battery tray and lead-acid batteries with nominal capacities of 200 Ah and 250 Ah, as well as lithium-ion batteries with capacities from 3 kWh to 6 kWh. In addition to a wide variety of chargers, the machines can be optionally equipped with an integrated charger, enabling charging at any standard electrical outlet.

The asymmetrically mounted tiller, typical of Linde machines, has proven its worth, automatically keeping the operator within the vehicle's contours. Thanks to the long tiller arm, the operator also maintains a safe distance from the vehicle during travel speeds of up to 6 km/h. The low-profile chassis further enhances safety by preventing the operator's feet from getting caught under the steel skirt and becoming trapped. In addition, the "active foot guard" is now a standard option. It detects contact and automatically brakes the vehicle. In another version, the vehicle actively moves away from the operator upon contact.
