Forklift manufacturer Yale has appointed Ron Farr as Director of Warehouse Sales EMEA. The newly created position is intended to underscore the importance of building expertise and providing technical solutions for the rapidly changing warehouse technology segment.
independent Yale dealers in Europe, the Middle East, and support providing customers with the right material handling solutions for their operational needs. "I'm excited about this new position, as I've always worked with warehouse equipment. The customer interaction is quite different, in my opinion, compared to counterbalance forklifts"explains Farr, who has been with the company for nearly 25 years.
Throughout his career, Ron Farr has worked as a draftsman, technical manager, and in sales, among other roles. Each of these positions involved warehouse technology solutions, giving him extensive knowledge in the field. He is looking forward to supporting dealers in his new role as they realize new business opportunities. "This way, our warehouse technology customers can take advantage of our technology-enabled forklifts"he continues. "Our goal is to ensure high productivity and efficiency at low cost, and to provide a level of service and support that companies in the dynamic intralogistics industry can rely on".
