Toyota is launching an offensive at LogiMAT with three new warehouse technology units – all featuring integrated lithium-ion batteries. The LSI200, SSI200D, and SSI160LN models, electric low-lift and high-lift pallet trucks with operator platforms, are powerful and designed for high productivity.
All new vehicles follow Toyota's "Radical Energy Design" (RED) concept, which also underpins the already available BT Levio LWI160 low-lift pallet truck with integrated lithium-ion battery. The models are designed for a wide range of customers across various industries, for example, as part of a larger forklift fleet in warehouses and distribution centers. Their suitability for use in cold storage facilities is particularly advantageous for the food industry.

Thanks to 360° steering, the new models offer a high level of performance with excellent maneuverability and smooth, uninterrupted movement. 180° steering is also available on the new models when needed. Their compact chassis size and short turning radius allow them to easily fit into tight spaces or narrow aisles.
The double-stacker offers time savings and increased efficiency thanks to the dual handling of loads on forks and lifting arms, with capacities up to 2,000 kg. Block stacking and stacking up to 5.4 m high is possible with the BT Staxio SSI160LN. The operator is well protected under the overhead guard without any obstruction of visibility.
The 790 mm wide chassis is available with a choice of battery capacities: 210 Ah, 300 Ah, or 420 Ah. The driver is always well protected in the enclosed cab. Excellent all-around visibility, automatic speed reduction when cornering, the driver recognition system integrated into the damped platform, and the blue LED warning light all contribute to safe operation. The new forklifts also come standard with the I_Site fleet management system.
The devices feature adjustable controls with an ergonomic control lever, a steering wheel for easy and smooth maneuvering, a touchscreen with all setting options, and an adjustable standing chair.
