Hyster plans with new H2.0-3.5A models its existing Fortens and XT forklifts in the same load capacity class to replace. TheFurther internal combustion engine forklifts are also expected to be announced. company is promoting the models' configurability – a set of numerous functions makes the series highly adaptable.
“Hyster has reorganized its manufacturing process for the A-Series. This allows us to provide robust, high-quality forklifts that meet customer expectations and are also tailored to the specific needs of the intended application and operator,” says Robert O’Donoghue, VP Marketing and Solutions EMEA. “That’s why we describe the series as ‘Distinctly Hyster, built for you.’”

Following the philosophy of scalable design, customers can add features that are necessary for productivity in their operations. They don't pay for unnecessary options that incur costs but provide no added value.
“We designed the forklifts this way because no two customers face the same challenges,” says O’Donoghue. “With the Hyster A Series, there are no pre-built forklifts in different configurations. We build each forklift to fit the work cycle, environment, and tasks.”
The H2.0-3.5A models, with lifting capacities from 2 to 3.5 tons, are the first forklifts Hyster is launching in this series. The base models, the company says, are industry-leading in fuel consumption, maintenance, and robust components that prevent unplanned downtime.
Additional features such as driver assistance systems and an innovative dynamic stability system (DSS) are available as options.
All A-Series forklifts are compatible with Tracke, a telematics system for a wireless asset management solution. It provides companies with the data they need to optimize their fleets, control costs, reduce downtime, and further streamline maintenance.
