Special thermal insulation in the office wing will ensure further energy savings. Water consumption will be reduced through the use of a rainwater harvesting system. A 1.5-hectare green space with native trees and shrubs is also planned to promote local biodiversity. Certification for the building according to the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology (BREEAM) sustainability standard at the "Excellent" level is being pursued.
