In addition to its existing logistics center at its headquarters in Wedel near Hamburg, the lubricant manufacturer now operates another logistics center in Braunschweig. The new location serves as an important distribution hub.
Specific requirements
The technical infrastructure was adapted to Mannol's specific requirements. The focus is on automated processes, digital booking systems, and integrated handling of dropshipping orders. A new, scalable packing station further accelerates shipping processes. Customer orders can thus be processed and prepared for shipment just in time.
Hub for distribution
Konstantin Gaab, Managing Director of Mannol / SCT Germany: “With the new location in Braunschweig, we are strengthening our sales structures and moving closer to our customers. We are particularly proud of the speed with which the project was implemented and the commitment of our local team.”
Start-up phase successfully completed
The new logistics center began operations in the summer of 2025. Following a successful start-up phase, up to 15 trucks can now be loaded and unloaded there daily for the major customer business. To ensure consistently high delivery capacity, over 2,000 items are permanently available in the five-story racking systems – from engine and transmission oils and numerous operating fluids to specialty products for industry and trade.
