Oscar de Bok, a member of the Group Executive Board since 2019 and currently CEO of DHL Supply Chain, will succeed Tim Scharwath, who is retiring, as Chief Executive Officer of DHL Global Forwarding, Freight. Hendrik Venter will take over as head of DHL Supply Chain.
Katrin Suder, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, thanked Scharwath for his commitment to the company. Under his leadership, the division modernized its IT infrastructure, accelerated digitalization, and continuously improved its customer services and solutions.

Oscar De Bok has worked for DHL Group since 1999 and, as Managing Director of DHL Supply Chain, was responsible for various countries and regions, including Italy, the Nordic countries, and Asia. In October 2019, he was appointed CEO of DHL Supply Chain. He was subsequently appointed CEO of Global Forwarding, Freight, until August 2030.
Hendrik Venter has over 15 years of experience in senior management positions at DHL Supply Chain. In October 2019, he assumed the role of CEO of DHL Supply Chain for Continental Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
