The supply chain initiative "Movement 32," represented by Daniel Moser, highlights the acute shortage of skilled workers within the industry. According to a study, there is currently a shortage of approximately 36,000 skilled workers in this sector, a number that could rise to as many as 80,000 in the coming years.
