Applications for the IFOY Award 2025 are open until October 30th in ten categories, ranging from forklifts to mobile robots. New to the jury this year are Hilda Hultén (Dagens Logistik, Sweden) and Véronique Le Voas Barat (Solutions Manutention, France).
The test days for the International Forklift of the Year Award will take place again in Dortmund next spring, from March 24th to 27th, as part of the Intralogistics Test Camp. Eligible entries include not only the forklifts that originally gave the award its name, but also warehouse equipment and even custom-built special vehicles. The largest pool of applicants now consists of automated and autonomous industrial trucks, stationary and mobile robots, software, and outstanding technical details or components such as ergonomic innovations, safety solutions, and warehouse aids. Awards will also be given to successfully implemented, integrated warehouse and automation projects.

A dedicated spin-off award is presented to start-up companies. Newly founded companies can apply for this specially established prize with their products and services.
The IFOY Award is one of the world's most important technology competitions in intralogistics. It has established itself as an indicator of efficiency and innovation and, due to its testing organization and outstanding marketing value, is considered a highly coveted innovation prize in intralogistics. The jury comprises the editors-in-chief of leading logistics publications in 20 countries.

consisting of the IFOY test, a scientific innovation check, and the verdict formed by the jury on site. Crucially, the nominees are not compared to each other, but rather to their respective strengths

The test days at the Dortmund trade fair begin on the afternoon of March 24th with the first functional tests. Applications for the IFOY and the Start-up of the Year Award are only accepted online at www.ifoy.org. The application deadline is October 30th.
