None of the leading manufacturers in the industrial truck sector missed out on being present at this year's transport.ch trade fair in Bern. Leading the way was Jungheinrich as a premium partner of the fair, featuring the "Dunking Devils" from Slovenia, who delivered acrobatic performances at the basketball hoop.

that internal material flow, company logistics, and efficient road transport tasks are intertwined in the transport industry. This year, the well-known forklift manufacturers and importers had a more prominent presence at Bernexpo than in previous years.

Everything is interconnected

HKS from Marthalen with a clear reference to the role of the Swisslifter association, Bamag from Regensdorf with Kalmar and Hyundai, forklifts from 1.0 t,  rough terrain forklifts, telescopic handlers, empty container stackers up to the large reach stacker for up to 72 t  payload (optionally conventional or electric up to 45 t lifting capacity), Still this time with a  comparatively small stand, Toyota Material Handling with a joint stand of considerable size, where both passenger cars, as well as pick-ups and industrial trucks were shown, Linde Material  Handling with a strong personnel and consulting presence, Arbor AG with its wide range of equipment from Baumann, Cesab, Combilift, Dieci, Haulotte, Svetruck and Terberg.

All forklift variants

The team, which originates from Slovenia, travels across the entire continent and overseas, and  in addition to two world championship titles in acrobatic dunking, they are also represented in the Guinness Book of Records with two world record titles: one for the highest front flip slam dunk and the second for the longest slam dunk from a trampoline.

The road to success began in 2004 when a group of four friends,  passionate about acrobatic dunking, decided to share their love of the sport with the world. Despite a difficult  start and numerous obstacles, they never gave up on their dream. Over the years, they grew into  a team of over 70 acrobats, 25 of whom are professional performers. In 2013, they even  opened their own acrobatics center, where they teach and inspire younger generations.

Simple solutions

Fittingly for the younger generation, and of course no coincidence, the combination with the new portfolio of vehicles for the entry-level segment under the brand "AntOn by Jungheinrich" includes the CBH 2.5 and 3.0 electric forklifts as well as a PTL 1.5 pallet truck. "With the 'AntOn by Jungheinrich' brand, we are specifically targeting companies that are looking for cost-efficient and uncomplicated solutions for typical warehouse and transport tasks," says JungheinrichSales Director Nadine Despineux.

The "AntOn by Jungheinrich" product line is being designed as part of a partnership between Jungheinrich and EP Equipment, which both companies announced in May 2025. Jungheinrichvehicles, each displaying signs indicating the stands in Halls 3.2 and 5.1, were cleverly positioned throughout the expo area and at all entrances to draw attention to the presence and presentations of the crews from Hirschthal and Slovenia.
