The "Logistics & Automation" trade fair, which was held jointly with the packaging trade fair "Empack" in Zurich in early 2025, will reopen in Bern on January 28 and 29, 2026. Last January, it attracted over 4,000 visitors.

The leading Swiss trade fair for (intra)logistics, materials handling, and warehouse automation, held in conjunction with Empack for the packaging industry, was a resounding success in Zurich in 2025 – and now many are eagerly looking forward to Bern again. For 2026, 90 exhibitors and renowned partners such as Astag, GS1 Switzerland, Swiss Logistics by ASFL SVBL, ILS, and Swiss SupplyChainTech have already been announced. Under the motto "Discover, Learn, Connect," the industry platform promises to be another highlight.

The focus of the trade fair in Hall 3.0 at Bernexpo is "The Future of Logistics in Businesses." This year's premium partners Galliker Transport, ID-Systems, Linde Material Handling Switzerland, and SSI Schäfer will showcase their latest developments. Galliker will present digital solutions for transport and supply chains. ID-Systems will present an intelligent technology that automatically identifies goods. Linde MH will focus on automated vehicles and e-mobility.

Numerous other important companies and key players are shaping the trade fair. Swisslog, for example, is demonstrating flexible programs and automated solutions for warehousing in Bern. Dematic is presenting its latest systems with artificial intelligence. Kardex is focusing on adaptable and energy-efficient storage systems. Stöcklin Logistik is showcasing new conveyor belts and robots. With many other exhibitors, association partners, and educational partners, the trade fair covers all areas of Swiss logistics and intralogistics.

Jan Eberle, Head of Industry Engagement Logistics at GS1 Switzerland, says: "This year, we are again offering many exciting presentations on the latest developments in logistics." The winner of this year's "Swiss Logistics Award," the company Shiptec, will traditionally give the opening presentation.
