The annual excursion to Switzerland's most advanced logistics facilities is approaching, organized by the Intralogistics Association (ILS). On October 15th and 16th, participants will have the opportunity to visit six different logistics facilities over two days and exchange experiences.
L. Lauffer is pulling the strings
Following the success of the study trip in 2024, which was organized for the first time by ILS, which took over this task from GS1, this time – as announced – the program includes Gebinde Logistik Center AG in Villmergen, the Swiss Post in Villmergen, Roche Diagnostics International in Rotkreuz, Meier Tobler in Oberbuchsiten and Avosano Industrie Service AG in Niederbipp.
The best facilities in Switzerland
Lea Lauffer from Frei Fördertechnik is in charge and available for information.
Last year, the study trip, which took place for the first time under the leadership of the ILS, led to renowned logistics locations such as Migros Aare in Schönbühl, SBB Bahntechnik in Hägendorf, the Swiss Post in Härkingen, Imbach Logistik in Emmen and Armasuisse in Thun.

The advantages of this study trip include its compact schedule, allowing for minimal time commitment to visit a number of diverse "best practice" projects, the opportunity to exchange ideas with local experts, and networking within the industry. Participation is limited.
