The Logistics Colloquium of Dr. Acel & Partner, a firmly established highlight in the ETH Zurich calendar, which always boasts prominent participants and projects, celebrates its 40th anniversary on May 8th with logistics reports from mechanical engineering, the circular economy and the recycling industry.
The event will take place in the lecturers' foyer of ETH Zurich, where, starting at 5:30 pm, leading figures from practice and research will present creative solutions and the skillful use of individual potential in well-organized presentations that are suitable for leading companies to new successes with innovative approaches.
Smart logistics is indispensable in the machine tool industry, as Fabian Stoop, Technical Director of Lestoprex in St. Gallenkappel, will explain. Pasqual Zopp, Managing Director of the SENS eRecycling Foundation, will report on how an effective circular economy can look in action, and Nicolai Solenthaler of soRec AG will inform the audience about logistics as the key to providing new resources from sorted steel scrap.
