Docking at variable heights

Docking at variable heights

In a new docking variant, the loading platform, a U-shaped chassis, can be hydraulically swivelled vertically. The driver raises the container to the desired height for loading or unloading; the U-frame remains locked and horizontal during lifting and lowering.

With this system, LiftBoxx has developed a solution for using charging units in situations with multiple types of drop-off points. The docks are suitable, for example, for use in construction companies, hospitals, the automotive industry, the catering sector, and recycling facilities.
The charging boxes can be detached and set down. Thanks to the interchangeable system, several boxes can be used with a single chassis to create a logistics solution. Since no tailgate is required, loading and unloading is exceptionally efficient.

The LiftBoxx units themselves are available with loading lengths between 4000 and 5500 mm. The interior width of the cargo space is 1800 mm, and the maximum interior height is 3000 mm.
The LiftBoxx units are powered by a Fiat Ducato chassis with a diesel, gasoline, LPG, or CNG engine. The maximum permissible weight of the LiftBoxx units ranges from 5000 to 6600 kg, depending on customer requirements. According to the manufacturer, the net payload capacity can vary between 1500 and over 3000 kg.
