Nina Behringer recently took over the mentoring of young business founders at the Bito Campus. The 40-year-old trained banker and business administration graduate has, as a corporate client advisor at a major financial institution, also assisted startups with financing their business ideas for many years.
Behringer has also been working as a freelance management consultant and coach for several years. With her experience in structuring investments and supporting startups, Nina Behringer now supports Sabine Bittmann, Managing Director of Bito Campus, in management.
Her responsibilities include assessing the startup's setup and approach before embarking on a potential collaboration, and subsequently providing support with strategic questions. Behringer is expected to monitor the company's figures and thus the investments made there in the spirit of continuous reporting.
"It's great to get to know the many exciting, innovative projects in the warehousing and logistics sector," she says, "and to support the startups in developing a suitable business model." Recently, they also signed a new investment – a "fresh one," so to speak. "At the same time, we are turning our focus inward and continuing to work on optimizing our internal processes and interfaces with the startups."
