NASA, Boeing, and other industry partners are working on technologies to reduce the fuel consumption and emissions of single-aisle aircraft by up to 30%, using a "Transonic Truss-Braced Wing (TTBW)"demonstrator.
600 «BEVs» for Girteka
The digital transport provider, with its fleet of over 9,000 trucks, will soon be transporting 1 million full truckloads annually across Europe. Efficiency champion in the "hinterland"
New lock construction
What Rotterdam is to Switzerland's connection to the world's oceans, the so-called "hinterland transport" along the 727 km of the Elbe is to Hamburg (695 km of the Rhine are navigable). The fuel efficiency of inland shipping provides a boost for further construction projects. If the water level is sufficient, that is...

Market leader and pacesetter
With the optimization of existing drive systems, the testing of new drive technologies, and an 8 percent reduction in fuel consumption in the new engine generation, Scania continues to see itself as a leader in the heavy commercial vehicle sector in Switzerland.
