Roberto Ballina
With Roberto Ballina's return to the Swissmem board, a representative from Ticino has once again taken a seat after several years – a testament to the importance of member companies from the southern canton. This commitment, it is said, is also reflected in the fact that the Industry Day will be held in Ticino for the first time this year. The 14th Swissmem Industry Day will take place on June 24, 2021, at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano. Among the companies featured at the event is Mikron SA from Agno, also based in Ticino.
