Cecil von Dungern will succeed current CEO Andreas Erbe, who, according to the company, will leave Wagner Fire Safety Consulting GmbH at the end of March for personal reasons. Von Dungern's successor already joined the management team at the beginning of January.
Cecil von Dungern has many years of international experience in management positions at Siemens and most recently served as Managing Director at a financial services provider. At Wagner Fire Safety Consulting, his primary focus will be on the global expansion of Global Account Management. "We see the increasing relevance of globally operating companies in some of our focus industries. With Wagner Fire Safety Consulting GmbH, we specialize in providing these internationally operating companies with individual and comprehensive fire protection consulting and support to implement uniform standards across the globe. We are delighted to have found an internationally experienced sales expert in Mr. von Dungern for this important business area of our subsidiary," explains Werner Wagner, Managing Director and Shareholder of the group of fire protection specialists.

Cecil von Dungern states that the mix of implementation-oriented medium-sized businesses and corporations provides him with an attractive working environment. "I see a challenging field of work (...) for which I am responsible. I also find it positive that I can (...) promote the safety of companies in terms of fire protection – for example, also in emerging markets – and thus contribute to the protection of people and the environment," says von Dungern.
