Bosch Building Technologies also currently focuses its European system integrator business on Germany and the Netherlands. Protec Fire and Security was founded in 1968 and looks back on over 50 years of company history. The company's services and products are used in numerous sectors, such as industry, airports, and railway stations.
In the Netherlands, Protec operates primarily under the Hacousto brand. "With its complementary customer base and expertise, Protec is an excellent addition to Bosch Building Technologies' current business in the Dutch market. The acquisition will significantly strengthen our combined market position," said Quante.
Bosch Building Technologies is a leading international supplier of products and systems for building security, energy efficiency and building automation , generating in 2020 with around 8,800 employeesof 1.9 billion euros sales.
