Mercedes-Benz sold 2,700 electric Sprinter and Vito vans in the first three months of the year, an increase of 133% compared to the same period last year. The share of conventionally powered vans in this segment, with 75,900 vehicles sold, still exceeds the electric vehicle sales

Overall, the share of purely electric Sprinter and Vito models in Europe has almost tripled. Despite ongoing fluctuations in semiconductor supply, total sales worldwide in the first quarter of 2022 were on par with the previous year. The new Citan is enjoying great customer popularity.
