Directed by TV presenter Tobias Müller, the program features expert speakers discussing standards, transparency, and networked data exchange, which are intended to form the basis for secure, efficient, and sustainable supply chains. It also explores how intelligent demand-side strategies and modern technologies empower companies to reach their customers more precisely. Following an introduction by GS1 CEO Jörg Mathis, Kathrin Nussbaumer, Head of Mail and Parcel at Swiss Post National, discusses data as the key to perfect parcel delivery.

the Logistics Arena will feature breakoutsessions, on strategies for resilient logistics in volatile markets, with presentations from Ehrhardt + Partner, the University of St. Gallen, MS Direct, and Swiss Post Cargo. Following this, a session moderated by Andrea Schütz Frikart of GS1 Switzerland and Dani Giger of Swiss Post will focus on data exchange in the Swiss healthcare system and the structural changes associated with standardization, governance, and interoperability. The Swiss Health Data Space will be explained as a trusted data space with clearly defined roles and common standards.

Jonas Batt uses a case study to illustrate the journey of textiles, mattresses, and furniture toward the Digital Product Passport. Uwe Rüdel, GS1 Switzerland, and Hans Ruedi Hauri explain why this comprehensive data certificate will become indispensable for real estate in the future.
