Inaccurate inventory data and slow inventory processes posed problems for the Henderson Group. The Irish company then opted for Zetes' Full Pallet Inventory system, which uses an ImageID machine vision station mounted on the forklift to capture pallet and barcode data at speeds of up to 10 km/h.
The FPI solution is seamlessly integrated into Henderson's WMS via the ZetesMedea Logistics Execution software, increasing accuracy through real-time transparency, minimizing misplaced inventory, and reducing write-offs for expired products.

The Henderson Group operates five large warehouses that serve Henderson Wholesale and Henderson Foodservice. Henderson Wholesale supplies independent and company-owned stores; Henderson Foodservice supplies restaurants, hotels, and schools.

Since the system requires no training, temporary workers can be quickly integrated, which is advantageous for the company group given its frequent workforce changes. Thanks to its mobile design, Henderson can easily move the FPI inventory audit system between its five warehouses.
