At LogiMAT, Clark showcased its completely new generation of electric pallet trucks with Li-Ion technology. Their compact design, good climbing ability, and low weight make the ELP15, BPT15, WLE20, WEP20, and RPE20 suitable for transport on trucks.
The «flagship»: The RPE20
The five low-lift models, with load capacities of 1500 kg and 2000 kg as well as pedestrian and rider variants, cover almost all requirements in internal material flow.
The ELP15 (1500 kg) is the ideal pedestrian-operated pallet truck for daily material handling over short distances in warehouses, retail, and production facilities. With a width of only 550 mm, a length of 395 mm across the fork back (L2 dimension), and a turning radius of 1345 mm, it allows for precise maneuvering even in space-constrained sales areas or on truck loading platforms.
The BPT15 (1500 kg) is aimed at users seeking a particularly cost-effective and low-maintenance solution for light-duty applications. Equipped with a robust GEL block battery (24 V, 65 Ah) and external charger, it offers reliable operation with a low vehicle weight of only 205 kg and an optional load guard.
The WLE 20's L2 dimension of just 516 mm ensures high maneuverability. Two lifting cylinders guarantee even load distribution. The fork height of only 78 mm facilitates safe access under low pallets. Standard side support rollers with adjustable suspension and adjustable pushrods reduce wear and maintenance costs.
The WEP20 (2000 kg) sets new standards in the pedestrian-operated forklift segment with its lithium-ion battery (24 V, 230 Ah) and extensive standard equipment. Wide forks (180 mm wide and lengths up to 2400 mm) ensure maximum stability when handling large, heavy loads in production and warehouse logistics. Its excellent climbing ability allows for safe operation on ramps or uneven surfaces. An integrated color display, two cup holders, a storage compartment, and a standard USB charging port enhance user comfort.
The RPE20 (2000 kg) is the only model in the series to offer a foldable operator platform for flexible switching between pedestrian and passenger operation. The standard 3.0 kW drive motor enables speeds of up to 10 km/h (unladen) or 9.5 km/h (laden). Even at higher speeds, the ride is remarkably smooth and refined.
