Yale's new MXLG forklifts offer large superelastic tires, integrated intelligent flexibility, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, a compact design for efficient maneuvering, and a permanent magnet drive motor that is ideal for stop-and-go operation.

Yale presents the new ERP4.0-7.0MXLG series with lifting capacities from 4 to 7 tons. These complement the already popular ERP20-35MXLG models. "Many companies are looking for ways to handle the multitude of indoor and outdoor tasks efficiently and cost-effectively," explains Robert O'Donoghue, Vice President of Marketing EMEA at Yale.
Additionally, the development of the Yale ERP4.0-7.0MXLG focused on operator productivity . The new electric forklifts feature a range of functions that offer comfort, control, and flexibility. All-weather cabin options are available, allowing operators to work comfortably and with focus both indoors and outdoors. Large super-elastic tires and high ground clearance ensure a smooth ride on uneven surfaces.
Clean workplace
The forklifts also contribute to a quieter and cleaner workplace in the warehouse. Since no gases are produced during operation or battery changes, and the noise level is lower compared to combustion engine alternatives, the MXLG forklifts create a pleasant working environment.
The batteries can be quickly recharged during breaks and anywhere a charging point is available, eliminating the need for dedicated charging areas. These intelligent forklifts also consume less energy while maintaining excellent controllability.
Lithium-ion batteries help reduce maintenance-related downtime and costs, and have a higher cycle life than conventional lead-acid batteries. During the 5- year or 7,500-hour warranty period, it is guaranteed that at least 70 percent of the batteries' nominal capacity will be retained.
