 Stäubli Logistics Automation 2025

AGV manufacturer Stäubli will be exhibiting the robot-controlled FL1500 at Logistics & Automation (January 22-23) in Zurich. An ultra-compact counterbalanced forklift with a maximum load capacity of 1.5 t and high positioning accuracy, the device represents future-proof production and intelligent workflows.

Application examples demonstrate that Stäubli's FL1500 in combination with the 3-ton "flat man" PF3 not only optimizes incoming material flow. Pallets are delivered by the PF3 to stations. The FL1500 then takes over storage in the racks. The PF3 can also be equipped with external conveyor technology to transport the goods to their destination. Heavy tanks, for example, can be transported easily and safely from point A to point B using a transport table, and 6-axis robots and a PF6 work efficiently hand in hand during the assembly of electric batteries.

Stäubli is also present with the six-axis articulated-arm robot of the TX2 series. The compact robot arm and its large work envelope enable maximum utilization of the workspace in the cell and are ideal for use in handling, machine operation, assembly, testing, packaging, filling, and much more. The CS9 controller features optional SIL 3/PL e safety functions, enabling high productivity and human-machine collaboration.

TS2 SCARA robots (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arms) have the same structural components as the six-axis TX2 robots and offer an identical footprint for high modularity and optimized development times as well as the same CS9 controller.
